Contained within these pages is the writing of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade ESL students from Mr. Horne’s class at Central Middle School. In their blogs students will talk about themselves, speak their minds, and comment about the world around them. While writing, students will also learn important reading, writing and syndication skills that will benefit them in this digital world. We aim to follow a set of rules to maintain the quality of our blog. Please comment on student’s blogs, but in doing so, please help us maintain the academic nature of this project.
Student writings can be viewed in reverse-chronological order starting on the front page or you may select a category or a specific student from the list to the right.

03|Feb|2008 3Hello,
I’m an ESL teacher from the southwest of France (near Toulouse) and I really enjoyed reading your students’ biographies and work.
I was just wondering… could some of my pupils (who are about the same age) leave comments writing their own biographies too? and maybe more if we agree on a theme we can share (my town, my school…)
Hope to hear from you soon, congratulations again for this blog!
Regards
